We pack our products with two methods:

The Skin method: packages are made of a black tray where the meat is gently laid, covered with a thin transparent foil and sealed. This packing method is similar to vacuum and it is suitable for supermarkets counters and restaurants.

The Vacuum method: vacuumed packages are ideal to be kept in a wholesaler's refregarted storage room and then be sold.

These packing techniques ensure a long lasting freshness and are customers- friendly, because they are ready to be used.

We only use certified and safe packing materials for our products.
